How does this differ from other therapies?

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT):
A structured, short-term approach often used in clinical settings to treat anxiety, depression, and similar issues. It focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. Unlike humanistic therapy, CBT is less about depth and more about practical strategies.

Psychoanalysis:
Looks at how unconscious patterns and early relationships shape present behaviour. Often long-term, it uses tools like free association and dream work. Unlike humanistic therapy, it’s more interpretive, focusing on past experience rather than the present moment

Why Humanistic?

Because therapy should feel like a conversation, not a correction. You're more than a label, and you deserve to be seen as a whole person.

We work together to find the path you need to move through a situation that is significantly hindering your life, integrating your purpose in life and your relationship with joy.

Sessions

I offer a Humanistic approach based on Embodiment, Gestalt principles and Family Systems Therapy.

I propose an initial 30min free interview in person, in order for us to meet and to answer questions.
Sessions last one hour and are conducted in person in Barcelona. Online is occasionally possible for processes that are well established.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24h prior to our appointment, otherwise you will be charged, unless it is due to an emergency.

Psychotherapy Process: 60€
