  • Postpartum and how to prepare for a smooth transition.

  • Changes that may occur with your partner and/or family, once little one arrives.

  • Resources and digital reading materials.

Birth coaching

A birth coach is a professional who helps pregnant women and their families through their childbirth and postpartum experience, providing support, education, and guidance. How can I support you on your motherhood journey?

For 8 years I worked as a Hospital and Home Birth Doula in Barcelona. I decided to focus more on the therapy and coaching side of birth and birth education, no longer accompanying clients during labour. I also mentor doulas.

Birth Coaching Session

100€ - 1hr sessions in person / online

This includes text communication during working hours. In these sessions and text exchanges, you will receive personalised support with:

    • Where to give birth in Barcelona?

    • Who can support me?

    • How does the system work?

    • What should I buy?

    • How will it affect my relationship?

    • How will my life change?

    • What are hospital protocols and are they compulsory?

    • Resolving cultural differences in medical practices and looking into evidence based medicine.

    • How will my body change?

    • Discussing your new identity as a mother.

    • Addressing fears surrounding birth and postpartum.

    • Embodiment techniques and emotional support for both mother and partner.

    • Addressing the needs of your pregnancy adequately.

    • Preparing for your postpartum emotionally, socially and physically.

    • Connecting to baby.
